This is so unbelievably true. Meditation is where it is at. I have got to the stage of my practice now where I look forward to meditating, and sitting comfortably for how ever long I want because I know it’s the best thing I could do for myself after a long hard day. My thoughts slow, and I breathe every single dark thought out from the day and breathe in cool refreshing air of the NOW. Next time you want to come home and lie down on your bed and watch TV or immerse yourself in your phone, meditate instead. You’ll thank me for it.
